Effective as of October 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of Syndera: the website at syndera.app and the app at syndera.app/app. In short: your content stays yours, nothing is posted until you approve it, you follow the rules of the networks you post to, and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the month you've paid for.
Questions? Write to hello@syndera.app.
1The agreement
Syndera is provided by Ketryon AB, a company registered in Sweden (“Syndera”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Syndera you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Syndera on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it to these terms, and “you” means that company.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Syndera.
2What Syndera does
Syndera helps you publish one piece of content to several social networks. It lets you:
- set up brands, each with its own voice, rules, caption template, schedule and connected accounts;
- have an AI agent draft posts for each network, from content you upload or from sources you choose;
- make videos and images with Motionpad, within your plan's renders;
- review, edit and approve drafts, and have Syndera post approved drafts at their scheduled time;
- launch boosts on networks that offer them, using your own ad account.
Syndera is used through its website and app. We don't offer a public API, and you may not access Syndera by automated means except through features we provide.
3Your account and workspace
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at hello@syndera.app if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including the actions of anyone you invite to it.
Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date, in particular your billing details.
4Plans, billing and usage
Syndera is sold per workspace on a monthly plan. Each plan includes a number of brands, agent drafts and Motionpad renders a month, as shown on our pricing and in Settings. Unused drafts and renders don't carry over. Extra render packs are one-time purchases on top of your plan.
When you reach a limit, Syndera either asks you before going further or pauses until your next billing period, depending on your choice in Settings.
Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel in Settings at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it. Prices may change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. By starting to use a paid plan during that period you ask us to provide it right away, and if you withdraw, you pay for what you've used up to that point.
Ad spend for boosts is billed by the network to your own ad account. It isn't part of your Syndera plan and we don't handle it.
5Your content
You own what you put into Syndera: files, captions, brand settings and everything the agent drafts for you (“your content”). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process, adapt and publish your content only as needed to run Syndera for you, including sending it to the networks you choose and to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and publish, including music, footage, images, trademarks and people who appear in it, and that publishing it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.
We don't use your content to train AI models.
6Connected networks
You connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and YouTube with each network's own sign-in. We never ask for or store your passwords. You can disconnect an account in Syndera, or revoke our access in the network's own settings, at any time.
When you post through Syndera you must follow each network's terms and policies. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The networks are not part of Syndera: they decide what they accept, may change or limit their APIs, and may remove posts or accounts. We aren't responsible for what they do, and some features depend on access they grant us.
Some settings can only be changed in a network's own app. Syndera lists these on the post as steps to finish by hand; doing them is up to you.
7The agent and AI output
Drafts, captions, checks and Motionpad visuals are produced with AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable, even when they pass your brand's checks. Nothing is posted until you approve it, and what you approve is your responsibility, as if you had written it yourself.
Similar requests may produce similar results for other users, so AI output isn't unique to you.
8Acceptable use
Don't use Syndera to:
- publish anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone's rights;
- spam, run fake engagement, impersonate others or manipulate a network's systems;
- post to accounts you aren't allowed to manage;
- break, probe, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Syndera, or get around its limits;
- resell Syndera, or use it to build a competing product.
We may remove content, pause posting or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
9Our service
Syndera, Motionpad and their software, design and brands belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Syndera while your account is active, nothing more. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
We work to keep Syndera available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by things outside our control, and scheduled posts can be delayed or fail when a network is down or rejects them. We'll tell you in the app when a post fails. We improve Syndera all the time and may add, change or remove features; if we remove something central to your plan, we'll tell you in advance.
10Ending the agreement
You can stop using Syndera and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don't pay, or if we must by law. If we stop offering Syndera, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid period you can't use.
After your account ends, scheduled posts are cancelled and your content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Posts already published on a network stay there until you remove them.
11Warranties and liability
Syndera is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about results, such as reach, engagement or sales, and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or losses caused by the networks.
Our total liability under these terms is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you are a business, you will cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of content you published through Syndera or your breach of these terms.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Syndera after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes go to the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts, and you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
